The Lost Angels Soundtrack album was released in the Fall of                        Click to hear Love, Long Gone

1989 on A&M records. It was the last official A&M release of

RCC material. The song Love, Long Gone was one of 2 unreleased

songs from The Geared & Primed sessions. The song would later

be re-recorded by The original members of The Royal Court in 1991.

The movie starred Donald Sutherland and Adam Horowitz (Beastie Boys).

Lost Angels had a limited theatrical release and Love Long Gone plays

in it's entirity thoughout  a scene between the 2 stars above.

(Trivia) The band went to see the movie when it screened in Los Angeles.

In the middle of the movie Adam enters his bedroom and cranks his stereo

on. Love, Long Gone played loudly for 10 seconds until Mr. Sutherland

raced in, slammed the door and turned the stereo down. Our song still

played in the background at a barely audible level. That's showbiz!
