Hey Joe - does that offer still stand?
I'm a lonely RCOC fan in Scotland, UK ... been a while since I have played any of my RCOC vinyl (it's in the attic), then I played a CD tonight that had one song that segued into the 'Battle Hymn Of The Republic'. I thought that that was a) pretty neat and b) that I'd heard a similar thing before.
After a bit of brainwork, I figured out that RCOC had been there first. Then realised how much I missed the band, so managed to score a CD copy of 'Geared And Primed' on eBay. Then thought ... f*ck, what if those guys have a website? So here I am!So ... if you can be bothered mailing a copy of the EP to the UK, I would be eternally grateful!Cheers
Bill
That was me, Stephen, by the way. so just watch yourselves.
Great stuff, Joe - look forward to hearing how the CD conversion goes!
Will be sure to check out the Door No 2 material - if it's anything like RCoC, I will love it! Can't believe you never made it big - 'Geared And Primed' is one of those albums I copy for my rock-loving friends in the sure knowledge that a) they are (sadly) unlikely to have heard of it and b) they will love it!Suspect I first heard of the band over here because of 'Kerrang!' magazine, which I have been reading for the last 20 odd years. Am also a big fan of the Scorchers - ANOTHER great band who never made it half as big as they deserved to.
Love the website - keep up the good work!Bill
